R. Kelly Accuser Reveals Shocking Sexual Assault Details In New Interview

R. Kelly is being sued by a woman who claims he knowingly infected her with an STD.

Faith Rodgers, 20, told “CBS This Morning” Tuesday she met Kelly in San Antonio, Texas last March at a concert afterparty.

Kelly, who has faced multiple accusations of holding women hostage and grooming them for sex, spent two months calling, texting and FaceTiming with Rodgers before flying her to New York and putting her up in a hotel to see his concert. The next morning, he came into her room to have sex.

“He turns on all the lights… And he’s like, ‘Take off your clothes.’ And he says it, you know, with authority in his voice,” Rodgers, who was 19 at the time, explains. “Not just, you know, he’s demanding me to do this. And I didn’t take off my clothes because why would I? I just wasn’t ready… Sex isn’t something, you know, I’m ready for.”

She said she ultimately “submitted” to having sex despite not wanting to and claims Kelly recorded them in the act without her consent.

Rodgers is now suing Kelly for “sexual battery” and “willfully, deliberately and maliciously” infecting her with herpes. She also alleges that the “Bump N’ Grind” singer “mentally, sexually and verbally” abused her.

She also thinks the 51-year-old “pursues teenage/underage” girls and “lures” them into engaging in sexual acts. Rodgers also recalled a conversation the pair had after sex, where Kelly asked her age and said, “‘You know, if you’re really, you know, 16, that you can tell daddy, right?’… And he was like, ‘You know, you just look about 14, 15, or 16.'”

Rodgers filed a criminal complaint with the Dallas Police Department in April and was advised to record a phone call with the crooner, which she hoped would see him admit to knowingly spreading an STD.

“What about my situation?” Rodgers asked during the call.

“I don’t know about no situation… I don’t never talk about nothing, to nobody on the phone. I don’t do that. I don’t care what the situation is,” Kelly replied.

Rodgers, who says she spoke to one of the women Kelly is accused of holding hostage, Joycelyn Savage, said she hopes to save other women who may run into Kelly in the future.

“And he’s gonna do the exact same thing. But it could get worse,” she says. “You know, I chose to walk away. What about the ones who don’t walk away?”

Kelly’s team told CBS News they had no comment on Rodgers’ suit and her allegations. The singer’s representatives previously told the Associated Press he “is innocent of the false and hurtful accusations in the ongoing smear campaign against him, waged by enemies seeking a payoff. He never has been convicted of a crime, nor does he have any pending criminal charges against him.”

Rodgers is not seeking any damages and her attorneys say they’ll be seeking a jury trial.
