Report: Bobbi Kristina Brown May Be Moved to Rehabilitation Center as Family Plans to Remove Breathing Tube

120212011037-bobbi-kristina-brown-story-topIt has been nearly two months since the daughter of R&B star Bobby Brown and the late singer Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was placed in a medically induced coma. Now, the family is reportedly planning to move Bobbi Kristina from the hospital and into a rehabilitation center.

The plan is for the family to remove the 22-year-old’s breathing tube in hopes that she will respond to the change, according to ET.

Bobbi Kristina has shown slight improvements since she was initially placed in the coma, but doctors are concerned that when and if she finally regains consciousness there will be a significant amount of neurological damage.

In January, Brown and Houston’s daughter was discovered in a scene that was eerily similar to her mother’s death.

Bobbi Kristina was discovered face down in the bathtub in her Roswell, Georgia, home.

She was initially rushed to North Fulton Hospital before being transferred to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

The family has asked for privacy during this time, but the lack of public comments to the media has caused Internet trolls to pitch different faux stories that have, unfortunately, garnered a lot of attention.

One viral rumor suggested that the family would remove Bobbi Kristina from life support on the same day her mother passed away, while others started rumors that the family was actually filming the traumatizing experience as part of a reality show spin-off.

Despite all the rumors and friction between certain loved ones, the family is remaining positive.

“Krissy will be good,” Bobbi Kristina’s nephew Shane Brown told ET back in February. “Everything will be alright.”

bobby-brown-bobbi-kristinaBobby Brown has repeatedly asked for fans to send their prayers as his daughter continues to fight for her life.

Unfortunately, the grim situation has forced the family to start considering what will happen if the young starlet never makes the recovery they are hoping for.

One source told ET that her funeral would be held in Atlanta because that’s where she grew up, but her body would be laid to rest in New Jersey, next to her mother’s.

Financially, things might not be as clear-cut.

Bobbi Kristina is the sole inheritor of Houston’s entire estate, which was estimated to be worth roughly $115 million.

Houston’s will would technically pass the money on to her mother Cissy Houston if she doesn’t have any surviving children, but there is no promise that it won’t result in some sort of legal battle.
