Rudy Giuliani: Black parents need to tell their kids to respect the police

Rudy Giuliani still doesn’t get what the big deal is about police disproportionately killing black people.

The former New York City Mayor called the Black Lives Matter movement “inherently racist” on CBS’ Face the Nation Sunday.

Giuliani told host John Dickerson that black parents need to tell their kids to be on their best behavior around police.

“You’ve got to teach your children to be respectful to the police,” Giuliani said. “And you’ve got to teach your children that the real danger to them is not the police […The real danger to them] are other black kids who are going to kill them. That’s the way they’re going to die.”
