Discovering a passion for helping women to be resilient and happy.

Once Valorie found her purpose, there was no stopping her. She knew she had to face her fears and move forward in order to fulfill her mission and help people. Valorie initially followed her purpose through writing and speaking full time. Eventually, she discovered coaching and that’s when she truly found her niche. Valorie runs a Coach Training Intensive that has helped countless men and women pursue their dreams of helping others through coaching. She shares valuable insight into what to do if you believe coaching is your calling and how to get started.

Pursuing your purpose with passion.

As a true expert in the coaching field, Valorie is able to provide a great deal of insight into what a true coach does and what to expect if you choose to pursue it. She also shares some common mistakes and misconceptions, including the importance of having a coach yourself if you want to be a coach to others. Being resilient in the face of disappointments.

Like most of us, Valorie is no stranger to disappointment. The key, she says, is how you face disappointment when it comes. Valorie shares her strategy of being resilient when faced with difficulties and how it has helped her overcome obstacles and find her happiness. After taking a huge leap of faith to follow her purpose, Valorie has spent over 15 years coaching people all over the world. She is passionate about the work that she does and shares with Rosetta how important it is to see disappointments and obstacles as opportunities, rather than negative experiences.

Valorie has appeared numerous times on the TODAY Show, Dr. Oz, CNN, HLN and hundreds of other radio and television shows.Valorie has a master’s degree in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in journalism from Florida A&M University. She earned a BA in International Affairs from Florida State University. She and her husband grew up in Denver, Colorado and live near Atlanta, Georgia with their three children.
