You have to let go of everything that is not serving the life you want.

Throughout life, each of us has a myriad of things that come to be part of our life, things that we get used to and tolerate that should never have been allowed into our lives in the first place. It’s those things that are the hardest to get rid of because they feel so natural, so normal and right. But if there are things in your life that are not serving you in a way that will bring about the life you want and need, then you need to get rid of those things. On this episode, Abiola Abrams talks with Rosetta about the difficulty of letting go and how the first steps are sometimes the hardest.
